1. Shipping Philosophy

At LetsShave, we are committed to providing a seamless, reliable, and transparent online shopping experience. Ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind is our top priority. Every order is handled with care and dispatched promptly to reach you in the shortest possible time.


2. Order Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of placing the order.
All orders placed within India are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier partner logistics, and external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday. Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders below ₹1000, a nominal ₹29 charge applies.


    All applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing shipping and tracking details.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website or through the Order Tracking section on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. In rare cases of delays, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may:

  • Leave the package at a secure location (if deemed safe), or
  • Leave a delivery notice with details on how to collect or reschedule delivery.

You may contact the courier service directly using the information in your tracking details to arrange redelivery.

 

6. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping across most locations within India.

At this time, international shipping is not available through our standard delivery network. We are actively working toward expanding our coverage in the near future.
