Hold the razor in one hand and grip the pusher (plastic piece at the top of the handle) at its base with your thumb. Slide the pusher away from the handle. The blade will come out with ease. How often do I need to change my blades?

Our blades are incredibly durable because of their fine steel and precision grinding. Our Dorco partners attest our blades that they will perform well for long, long periods of time. Of course, because LetsShave’s blades also happen to be really affordable, we cannot blame you for wanting to indulge in the luxury of changing them a little more frequently. How much does shipping cost?

There are no shipping charges for orders within India. Whereas, if you opt for COD then a nominal fee of 49 is charged by the courier company on all orders except shave plans.

Within how many days will I receive my order?

Orders within in India are delivered in 3-5 working days. Though the delivery may vary depending on the city it needs to be delivered.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if you want to change the shipping address we will do it for you. All you need to do is write to us at support@letsshave.com.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship in India. We are sorry if you are based anywhere outside India. Residents around the world: You live in a fantastic place, but there’s a downside: we can’t deliver to your home by our standard shipping method. We’ll think on it though.

What do I do if the order comes and I am not home?

Well, in this case. The carrier is free to decide whether they should leave the package at your door or take it to the nearest center in this case, they’ll leave you a card telling you where to go pick up your order or will call asking you when you’re available for them to deliver at your doorstep.

Can the order be shipped within one day, if requested?

We really wish we could do this, but the order takes 24 hours to be dispatched, so it’s not possible for us to deliver the order in one day. Though we might be able to do it someday.

  2. If the product received is damaged - We make sure in testing and certifying our products so that no damage is caused while in transit. Even after so many precautions, it just tends to happen for which we really apologize. Once you receive the order, make sure to check the product and if you see the broken or any part broken feel free to contact us at support@letsShave.com. Attach a photo of the damaged product while writing to us and we will ship you the product again or refund the money.
  3. Missing parts – In case your product incomplete or find if any of the part is missing. Let us know, this helps us in making continuous improvements. Write to us and we will immediately ship the missing parts or refund the money.

What if I don’t want my shave plan order for few months?

That is okay, you can re modify your plane. All you need is to write us at support@letsshave.com and we will further assist you.

I want to cancel my order, how do I do it?

Want to cancel your order because of some reason? No problem we will try our best to cancel your order.

  1. The only problem here is that the order cannot be cancelled if it’s already shipped, we try dispatching orders on priority basis once you have ordered, so there’s a great chance that your order is already on its way.
  2. The best way to do it is to email us with ‘Cancel my order’ in the subject line, it’s faster.
  3. If the order placed is on COD then the order can be cancelled from your registered LetsShave.com account before it gets shipped.
  4. For prepaid orders, please contact our Customer Care at support@letsShave.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be added to your credit/debit bank account.

Can I see the products before I accept the courier?

Our policy does not allow this; you can see the products only once you accept the courier.
